The Temple of the Tooth in 1957 – A Rare Painting by Late B. Victor Salgado – Grand Father of Malaka Elikewela.

A masterpiece of a rare painting done in 1957 by well-known artist from Kandy, Late B. Victor Salgado gave a new dimension that can be considered as the first formulation of a tradition of usage of rigi-foam material out side the ethos of conventional material. The original masterpiece was restored and preserved in 2007 by his grand son.
